Q: How do I apply this to the hair?
A: We recommend two different ways to apply Neo Powder
First: Before getting into the shower, shake onto the roots and massage evenly throughout the scalp. When getting into the shower you will notice the shampoo has activated. Begin to massage the scalp and lather. If you feel that your shampoo is not foaming up, this means the hair is still dirty and may need a second cleansing, which is completely normal.
Second: While in the shower, sprinkle Neo Powder into your hand. Depending on the amount of hair you have, some may need more than others. Then add a small amount of water to your hand and activate by rubbing both hands together. Once the powder has turned to foam, evenly distribute throughout the hair and lather.
